Do I have to submit custom artwork? What if we don't have any?

Two options are available for artwork. Custom designs that conform to the specifications outlined below can be electronically submitted.

If you don't have custom artwork, you can choose from a variety of designs supplied by the Federation for each of the products. Contact ethicalpurchasing@cfs-services.ca for more information.
How do I submit my artwork files?

Through the online ordering process, you will be prompted to upload your artwork in Step 5 of the shopping cart checkout. Ensure that all artwork files meet the specifications listed above.

What happens after I submit my order online?

Once you submit your order and artwork:

  • You will be emailed an order confirmation that needs to be signed and submitted by fax or by email to the Federation.
  • You will be sent digital proofs of your artwork that need to be signed and submitted by email to the Federation.
  • Your order will be shipped in August¬†¬†

Can I change my artwork after I submit it?

An artwork change fee of $100.00 will apply to any artwork altered or submitted after the specified artwork deadline Artwork change fees apply to any request to alter submitted artwork after the deadline. HST not included.
